Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
